Because our services involve custom work and significant resource allocation, refunds are available only under specific circumstances described below. By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are considered only if requested within 7 days of the initial payment and before substantial work has begun on the project.
- If the service has been initiated and significant resources (time, design, development, or third-party tools) have already been invested, refunds will not be granted.
- No refunds will be issued for completed services, delivered digital assets, or approved project milestones.
- Please note that consulting hours, domains/hosting, and third-party purchases are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services
- Search engine optimization (SEO), paid ads, and marketing campaigns once launched.
- Domain name registration, hosting, and SSL certificate purchases.
- Third-party subscriptions, plugins, or integrations purchased on behalf of the client.
- Customized design or development work that has already been delivered or approved.
Partial Refunds
In rare cases where work has started but not been completed, we may issue a partial refund after deducting costs for work already performed, resources used, and any third-party charges.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Any transaction or processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.
Project Cancellation by Us
If we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal reasons, a full or partial refund (depending on the work completed) will be offered, or we may provide equivalent service credit.
